1. What is an ezine?
Our Ezine are like an ordinary ebook (softcopy), you can read it using any recent browser (Chrome, Firefox or Safari) or you can use our Android app to read the materials.
Here you need an active internet connection to access the modules.
We regularly update the content according to the exam pattern. If any possible errors are found in our book, we will correct it ASAP. So you will always get updated contents.
Also online materials are easily accessable. (using phone/tablet/ laptop). So you can study it at any place any time.


2. I already registered in the website, now I can't login/ the website showing Incorrect Username or Password!!?
Please note that we have upgraded our old website ( moodle based), so please register as a new user in this new website (eduhub) also.



3. I already registered in the site, I am getting this message while I am resetting my password "Registration with this username is not found".

This website is a new vesion of our old website based on moodle. So to get access in this website, first you need to register in this website. If you purchased any module from our old moodle website (within 12 months), we will activate it. You need to fill Module activation form after login.


4. Hardcopy of UGC NET ELECTRONICS SCIENCE BOOK is available now?

No, We have stopped the publication of hardcopy.



5. Why Some module's are not found/ or why I am getting booking is closed message?

For each course, we are enrolling a limitted number of users only. So after reaching that threshold, our website will automatically lock/hide the modules. If any user's validity has expired, then the website will open the booking.
So book your seats as soon as possible.


6. I already purchased materials/ modules from the old website (moodle based), what I will do?
If your course validity is not expired (Upto 1 year from purchased date), we will activate it to you for free. Please follow the steps below
a. Register (signup here with the same email address).
b. Activate you account by clicking the activation link sent to you by mail.
c. Login and Add purchased Courses to the CART. (Very imporant)
d. Fill and submit the Module Activation form at bottom left corner of CART page.
e. We will verify the payment details and validity and activate your courses if you eligible.


7. I am a new customer, do I want to fill Module activation form?
No, that form is only for that users who already purchased our cources from our old website. If you are a new customer add the required modules to the cart and in the cart page, PROCEED TO PAY button. After payment, it will automatically activate the purchased module (s).
